Head:

John’s hair is long, straight, and hangs down to his chest. It’s pitch-black and is kept out of his eyes by a leather headband. His eyes are just as black as his hair and are often sparkling in the sunlight. His face has many strong set features including his heavy brow line and square chin.
Body:

John is very big due to his giant heritage. His musculature is extremely well-developed though not exactly bulky. He feels it suits him better so as not to scare away the right people. His skin is a reddish bronze and makes his Apache heritage evident. His height is found to be intimidating to some.
Other features:

On John’s right forearm has a tattoo of a flame pattern and his right shoulder has an elaborate sun, symbols from his Apache heritage

Style:

John likes whatever drapes comfortably over his large form. Simple tee-shirts and tanks are just fine by him, thank you very much. Jeans faded with heavy use and covered in chains are just a thing for him. He doesn’t do much with his hair besides keep it out of his eyes with a feathered leather band. However chill he may dress the rest of the time, John has a strong connection to his Apache heritage and owns traditional clothing from his relatives and ancestors which he likes to display every now and then.

“John is a pretty good guy, just so long as you’re on the right side of him and his temper. And trust, me, that fuse is short. He’s great to have as your back-up, but not much else. The guys holds a good bit of power with him, and he’s willing to share it, so long as you have something in return.”

“Just keep that freak away from me, alright? There is something seriously not right about him. Have you seen the guy? Look at his size! He’s a bully who can’t take it himself. And he has a shorter temper than a rodeo bull, which I’ve heard he breaks down! And not the mechanical ones either…”

Favorite Memory(s):

John went on a spirit journey into the desert at the age of twelve. It was a traditional ritual made by the Apache people for as long as records remembered. He was sent into the middle of the Sonoran desert away from any sort of civilization to survive for five days with no food and precious little water. During this journey he had visions, dreams, hallucinations, and experiences that strengthened him as a man. He was visited by the ghosts of elders who elected to remain on earth so as to assist such young men as John. Upon his return he was given a feast and the party of his life.

Proof of Magical Powers:

John was a late bloomer and thought to be a squib until he was nine years old. While playing outside on reservation land, he was found alone by an enormously oversized cougar. While scared out of his mind even given his abnormal size for an eight-year-old (five feet ten inches), John cowered away from the big cat. As it pounced on him, it sank its teeth and claws into his arms. Looking into the face of death, John realized he felt no pain and there wasn’t even blood coming out. Realizing how he was being protected, John took full advantage of this and his giant strength to grapple his arms around the neck of the cougar and strangle it. Returning home with the cat, his tribe’s chief made a wristband out of the claws and gave him the name ‘Cougar-Arms’ to commemorate the experience.

History at School:

John arrived at school and ambitious and aggressive youth. Being at least two feet taller than everyone else, he commanded fear and respect immediately. He has always been somewhat of a bully if he doesn’t like you right away. However, he’s never hit a girl out of honor. He made his friends and enemies, still did well in classes. Nothing shocked him more that being made a prefect his fifth year, despite his less scrupulous reputation.
